You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 42vipph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 42vipph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
42vipph is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
42vipph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Payment Method Restriction: 42vipph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards. These payment methods are not available on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 42vipph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 42vipph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform.
